10:20pm on Friday 12 March 2010, Israeli naval vessels that patrol Gaza sea opened fire on Palestinian fishing boats which were situated off the coast of Biet Lahyia, in the North Gaza District.
No casualties or injured were reported but the fishermen left the area without finishing their fishing.
