At approximately 4:00 pm on Friday 10 January 2014, Baker Mohammed Abu Hasheesh, 7, drowned in a rainwater gathering in Beit Hanoun Valley southeast of the industrial area south of the village.
Eyewitnesses stated that the rainwater that fall down in North Gaza district during the past two days gathered in a small pool near the valley.
Baker who lives in the area went to play near the valley, fall and drowned.
Paramedics recovered his dead body from the pool.
