At approximately 3:00 am on Wednesday 31 October 2012, Sabah Younis Jaber Madi, 48, sustained shrapnel wounds in the face when a locally launched rocket fell by mistake on her house east of Kherbet Al Adas area in Rafah. Medical sources at Abu Yousif An-Najjar Hospital described her injury as moderate.
