11:30am on Wednesday 5 May 2010, the Gaza internal security apparatus held the ID card of Fatah spokesperson, Fayiz Mohammed Mahmoud Abu Aita, 43.
Abu Aita was on his way from the West Bank to the Gaza Strip to visit his sick father.
His ID card was held at the police office at the customs checkpoint in the main entrance at Erez crossing.
The security apparatus informed him to go to the apparatus's office in North Gaza District.
According to Al Mezan's field investigations, Abu Aita went to the internal security apparatus office on 12, 13, 16, 17, and 20 May 2010.
He will also go there on 24 May 2010.
