At app. 6pm, on 2/5/2008, armed men opened fire at 30-year-old Abd Al Baset Abd Al Hadi from Al Buriej Refugee Camp. That occurred when he was in a visit to his friend who lives close to police station of Al Sheikh Redwan neighborhood. The armed men tried to kidnap him but the police intervened and prevented his kidnapping. Armed clash erupted between the kidnappers and police members which ended with the injury of Abd Al Hadi in his legs and the arrest of the gunmen.
