At approximately 8:00 am on Thursday, 27 April 2017, internal security apparatus detained youth activist Naji Hussein Al Jamal, 27, at its office in Jabaliya police station.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, at approximately 5:00 pm on Wednesday 26 April 2017, Al Jamal received a summon to present himself at the apparatus office without giving any reason. When Al Jamal presented himself at the apparatus office he was detained. At approximately 11:00 am on Saturday, 29 April 2017, the apparatus released him.
