At around 4:00 pm on Friday, August 23, 2013, internal security apparatus summoned lawyer Fat’hi Fawwaz Nassar, 59, to its office in Rafah.
A force arrived at his home and left him a summons as he was paying a visit to his relatives in Khan Younis.
The force informed his family that Nassar had to present himself to the apparatus within one hour or he would be arrested.
At around 8:00 pm on the same day, Nassar presented himself at the apparatus office where he was detained and interrogated about stirring up chaos.
He was blindfolded and subject to verbal abuse and poke by hose.
In the evening hours on Saturday, he was released.
It’s worth noting that on Friday, Nassar had argument with Imam As-Sahaba mosque about the Egyptian situation.
