At approximately 8:00 am on Monday 18 December 2011, the Internal Security Apparatus summoned three Fatah youth activists at Al Quds Open University to its office in Jabaliya refugee camp.
Al Mezan has identified them as follows:
· Mahmoud Al Kahlout, head of the student council;
· Abdel Majeed Abu Salama, administrative member of Fatah Youth; and
· Raed Al Kelani, a Fatah youth activist.
When they arrived the Apparatus detained the youths at its office, releasing them in the evening hours of the same day.
Al Kahlout was handed another summons to present himself at the Apparatus office on Wednesday 21 December at 8:00 am.
When he went there he was detained and then released in the evening hours, but only being issued another summons to present himself at the Apparatus office on Sunday 1 January 2012.
The Apparatus interrogated the youths about Fatah activities at Al Quds Open University
