On Wednesday morning 19 May 2010, the Gaza security apparatus summoned Bian Salim Al Agha, 49, the general director of the Civil Affairs at the Ministry of Interior and an observer of Fatah Movement in the Khan Younis District.
He was summoned to the apparatus office in Khan Younis.
He was detained there for several hours before he was released at 4pm, but only after issuing him with another summons to return to the apparatus’ office on the next day.
