At app. 10am, on 15 March 2008, police took over Laje' Center for Community Rehabilitation that belongs to the refugee affairs to the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO). The Center, located behind the central market in Al Shaboura neighborhood in Rafah, is licensed from the Ministry of Education as an educational center. The police informed all twenty-five employees, both male and female, to leave the Center.
