Internal security Apparatus Arrests Activists in Armed Factions' wings in Northern Gaza

On Saturday, 5/7/2008, the Internal Security Apparatus arrested a number of activists of the Palestinian factions' armed wings for political reasons, in Jablaya refugees', in northern Gaza.
Three from Saraya Al Quds, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, one from Al Naser Salah Eddine groups, the military wing of the Popular Resistance Committees and one from Al Aqsa Brigades were among the arrested activists who were released on Sunday 6/7/2008.
According to the released activists, they were tortured and mistreated.

On Monday, 7/7/2008, the same apparatus arrested the Fatah activist: Khaled Khalil, member of the Preventive Security Apparatus, from his house in Shiekh Zayed City after he came back from an educational trip abroad.
