In marking the death of Raed Abu Hamad, 31, Mr.
Issam Younis, the director of Al Mezan Centre for Human Rights, condemns the Israeli systematic and grave violations against Palestinian detainees who are held in Israeli prisons.
The Palestinian detainees are deprived of their rights to medical care that are enshrined in international human rights laws.
