On Wednesday, 11 July 2018, Israeli forces arrested Kamel Al-Tatar, 50-year Palestinian trader from of Al Tuffah neighborhood in east Gaza city, while he was crossing through Erez. Al-Tatar was taken to an unknown detention center. Al Mezan’s documentation shows that he was on his way to the West Bank when he was detained.
