At approximately 3:30 pm on Friday, 12 February 2016, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) Opened fire and lunched tear gas canisters at tens of young men and children who were participating in a popular event to protest against Israeli violations in Jerusalem and the border West Bank. The protest took a palace at Erez crossing in north Gaza district. The clashes between Israeli side and Palestinians continued until 4:20 pm on the same day. No casualties or injuries were reported.
