At approximately 10:00 am on Thursday 14 February 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Yousif Ahmed Al Abed, 18, while he was trying to sneak across the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel east of Rafah. According to his family, Al Abed went to Rafah to visit his relatives.
