On Dec. 17th, at approximately 12:00, unknown armed men fired at Mahmoud Az Zahhar, the Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs, as he was going out of the ministries building, in Gaza neighborhood of Tel Al Hawa. However, no causalities were reported.
