At app. 4.30pm on the 19th of August 2007, 24-year-old Adham Abu Ghali was admitted to Nasir hospital in Khan Younis as he was injured with shrapnel to different parts of his body. Abu Ghali misused a suspect device which detonated in his house in the Al Amal neighborhood of khan Younis.
