12:30am, on 29/12/2007, dozens of gunmen spread along the border line with Egypt to protest against the Egyptian decision of denying the access of the Palestinian pilgrims who are stuck in Jordanian Al Aqaba port to the Egyptian territories.
Egypt conditioned that all pilgrims must be back to Gaza through Al-Ouja Crossing; however pilgrims refuse to enter Gaza through Al-Ouja, instead of Rafah Crossing.
The armed men opened fire in the air and detonated two explosive devices that created holes to walls of the border, but no injures were reported.
Further, about 1000 persons protested against the prodecure, for two hours, in front of the Egyptian side of Rafah crossing.
