10:15am on 28/2/2008, IOF warplanes launched at least one missile at a car belonging to Khan Younis' electricity company.
The car was shelled when it was parked near a power transformer on the main road between Al Qattiba area and Al Amal neighborhood in Khan Younis.
Two maintenance workers were in the car.
One of them, 22-year-old Mohammad Shamia was killed.
28-year-old Bahy Al Farrah was injured and was reported to have sustained moderate to severe injury.
Khan Younis is a town located in central Gaza Strip.
