11:50pm, on 20/4/2008, family members in Al Shawka village of Rafah town assaulted the photojournalist Tamer Nasser Ad Din, 25, who works for the Associated Press Agency.
That occurred when he was filming a shelled place in Al Yahodia area in the town.
They beat him and destroyed his camera without any justification.
