Three Palestinians were killed, two injured and two kidnapped in separate incidents, an indication of the ongoing state of insecurity which threatens the life of citizens and the internal safety within Palestinian society.
According to Al Mezan field investigations, at 6am on June 8th armed persons in a brown Mercedes kidnapped Jihad Abu Neqira and Ahmad Abu Neqira in front of Al Najjar Hospital in Rafah; they were taken to unknown location.
On June 7th at approximately 7 pm, Jawdat Doghmosh, 32, was murdered by an armed person in Al Karama Towers in north Gaza, at around 11pm armed clashes erupted between Doghmosh family and the murderer's family in Al Toffah neighborhood in Gaza city, resulting in the killing of Majdi Doghmosh, 33.
On the same day at approximately 9am, four armed persons opened fire in a crowded Khan Younis market, killing Munir Sheikh Al Eid, 28.
Armed clashes ensued between Sheikh Al Eid family and the murderer's family in Al Shabora neighborhood in Rafah.
In the latest campaigns of terror, on June 7th at around 3.
30am, armed persons failed to place a small bomb in front of a house owned by Omar Khadoura, 32, Director of Jabalia Police Station, the house is located in Beit Lahia project in north Gaza; the operation failed when the bomb exploded in the hands of the attacker, severing his forearm.
It is worth noting that north Gaza has seen a string of terrifying operations where bombs have been placed in front of houses owned by officials and activists.
Further, Emad Al Masri, 21, was shot in his left leg in front of his house in Jorat Al Lout in Khan Younis at approximately 9pm on the same day.
The perpetrator is still unknown.
Al Mezan Center for Human Rights expresses regret over the loss of citizens and calls upon the PNA to seriously investigate current and past incidents, and bring perpetrators to justice, Al Mezan hereby points out that the PNA has been unable to put an end to the increasing state of insecurity.
Thus, it reconfirms that the disregard for investigations and legal pursuit only encourages more extrajudicial actions.
