Short Link:
At 4:30pm on Thursday, 5 April 2018, Israeli forces located on the eastern borders of Khuzaa in eastern Khan Younis opened fire and launched tear-gas grenades at a group of Palestinians assembling close to the borders, some of whom set tires on fire, threw stones at the forces and tried to approach the border fence. The Israeli forces were about 30 meters behind the fence, covered by dunes of sand. Three Palestinians, including a child, were wounded in various parts of their arms and legs, and they were taken to the European Gaza Hospital. The injured child had to have amputated the part of his leg below the knee.
