At 8:20am on Monday, 5 March 2018, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen sailing off the coast of Al Sudania area to the west of Jabalia refugee camp in North Gaza governorate. Israeli forces opened fire again at 9:10am on the same day, forcing fishermen to stop their work and escape the sea in fear. No casualties were reported.
