In the evening hours on Friday, 8 January 2016, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Ayyoub Mohammed Mahmoud Al Motawwaq, 50 and Mahmoud Okasha “Mohammed Yassin” Al Motawwaq, 29, residents of Jabaliya in North Gaza district. They were arrested while they were in Um Al Fahm city in the occupied Palestinian territory 1948 and they were taken to an investigation center. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Israeli authority accused them of forging permits and official papers.
