At approximately 5:00 pm on Thursday, 5 March 2015, internal security apparatus in Gaza arrested Ma,moun Ibrahim Mahmoud Al Swedan, 43, director of commission of the International Relations in PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization). According to Al Mezan's field investigations, one of the internal security apparatus members called Swedan and asked him to come with the administrative officer Hani Ar-Rawwagh to the apparatus headquarter in Ansar area west of Gaza city. Ar-Rawagh was detained for an hour and then released, but Al Swedan was arrested until Monday 9 March 2015.
