At approximately 4:00 pm on Friday 17 January 2014, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire with live ammunition and launched a number of tear gas canisters at a group of young Palestinian men who were east of the Islamic cemetery east of Jabaliya in North Gaza district. The firing continued until 6:30 pm on the same day. As a result, Diyya Ahmed An-Nattour, 17, and Diyya Saleh Al Kahlout, 25, were injured. Medical sources described their injury as moderate.
