Police general investigation department summoned 16 Fatah members to its office in Beit Hanoun between Saturday 31 August and Tuesday 3 September 2013.
Al Mezan has identified them as follows:

Omran Yousif Abu Oda, 32;
Akram Ibrahim Hamad, 48;
Shaher Jameel Al Masri, 33;
Nafez Mohammed Al Kafarna, 50;
Rashad Mohammed Al ‘Athamna, 45;
Wesam ‘Amr Al ‘Ammawi, 38;
Ghassan Shehda Abu Harbied, 39;
Ahmed Ghalib Al Masri, 47;
Mohammed Sabri Al Kafarna, 37;
Mohammed Subhi Al Kafarna, 28;
Nael Attallah Abu Oda, 21;
Ismail Mohammed Hwehi, 37;
Muafaq Adnan Al Kafarna, 37; and
Tareq Adnan Al Kafarna.
Some of the summoned persons stated to Al Mezan that the apparatus detained them for few hours and they were interrogated about Fatah activities in Beit Hanoun, an explosion that took place in a house belong to one of Hamas movement activist, and their relation with Tamarod protest group in Gaza.
Other stated that they were interrogated about their Facebook activities.
They were released but after signing documents committing them to oblige to the law and not to provoke people against Hamas movement and Gaza government.
