On Saturday 27 April 2013, at approximately 9:00 pm, Israeli naval vessels opened sporadic fire on Palestinian fishing boats at a distance of about two and half nautical miles off the coast in Rafah.
According to information available at Al Mezan, one fishing boat which belongs to Kamal Musbah Shehada, 39, a resident of the Shate’ refugee camp in Gaza was hit with 15 bullets therefore damaging its motor.
