Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Mahmoud Khalil Badwan, 17, a resident of Deir Al Balah. According to Badwan’s family, Mahmoud left his home in the evening hours on Thursday 15 April 2013 and he did not return back. His family and relatives informed security forces about his disappearance. His family believes that the IOF arrested him as he is a friend of Ashraf Mansour who was arrested by IOF earlier this week.
