At approximately 07:00 on Saturday, 12 November 2011, the Internal Security Apparatus summoned two Fatah members to its office in Al Bureij refugee camp in Middle Gaza district.
Al Mezan identified the summoned persons as follows:
· Mohammed Khalil Rushdi Weshah, 29, and
· Ghali Yousif Al Mghari, 29.
The summoned persons went to the apparatus office and were detained there until 18:00 on Sunday, 13 November 2011.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Mr Weshah stated that the apparatus interrogated him about his Fatah activities.
He was released at 18:00 only after he was issued another summons to appear at the apparatus office on 20 November 2011.
Mr Al Mghari was also released on 13 November 2011 but was also issued another summons to appear at the apparatus office on 28 November 2011.
