At approximately 11:50 am on Monday 31 October 2011, an explosion took place in a residential house in the Tal Az-Za’tar neighborhood of Jabalia refugee camp, North Gaza district.
As a result, Mohammad Abdullah Al Ghorani, 24, was killed, and one rooms in his family’s house was damaged.
According to medical sources at Kamal Odwan hospital, he sustained wounds in the upper part of his body and his left hand was severed.
According to police sources, he was handling an explosive object, probably of a small size, that caused the explosion.
