At approximately 8:10am on Tuesday 8 February 2011, five Israeli tanks moved under fire about 200 meters into the As-Syafa area northwest of Beit Lahiya town in North Gaza district. The tanks moved slowly to the east ward and accompanied the tanks which had invaded the Burat Abu Samra area. No casualties or injuries were reported.
