At app. 5pm on 19 March 2009, 21-year-old Said Salah Rihan died of his wounds resulted from an electrocution occurred in a tunnel close to Yebna area, close to the borderline with Egypt. The victim was dead on arrival at Yousif An Najjar hospital.
