On Dec. 13th, at approximately 19:45, IOF military vessels opened fire towards Palestinian fishing boats near Rafah beach. Three fishermen were injured, including two brothers who sustained serious injuries. Those injured were: Hamdan Mohammed Barhoum, 24, shrapnel wounds to the head; Adnan Khalil al bardawil, 16, shrapnel wounds to different parts of the body; Said khalil Al Bardawil, 34, shrapnel wounds to the face.
