IOF Helicopter shell a car in the At Twam area in Jabalia

On 18/5/2007, at app.
20:30, an IOF helicopter fired a rocket at a car parked in front of the house of Basel As Sultan, in the At Twam district of Jabalia.
As a result, Obeidah Yousif an Nijma, 20, was injured, and the car was totally destroyed.
According to the Center's field investigation, the car was owned by a member of Al Qassam Brigades, and nobody was in it when the attack took place.
