Unknown gunmen shoot citizen and kidnap another in Al Shaja'ia neighborhood

2pm on the 27/12/2007, unknown gunmen opened fire at Samir Al Halouly while he was sitting close to his house with his cousin Monzir in the Al Shaja'ia neighborhood of eastern Gaza city.
Samir was hit by two live bullets to his legs, while his cousin was abducted.
Samir and Monzir are members of the preventive security apparatus which was taken over by Hamas in mid-June 2007.
