On Tuesday, 12 August 2008, at approximately 2:30 pm, 27-year-old Hassan Mohammed Abu Kmeil and his fiancأ©e, 17-year-old Basma Abdel karim Abu Kmeil, arrived to Shuhadaa AL Aqsa hospital after having been stabbed in different parts of their bodies. While they were walking in Al Awda Street in northern Annusairat refugee camp, unknown man attacked them with a sharp object (Knife) and fled. The injury of Basma was described as serious and police still investigate on the incident.
