At 12:10pm on Friday, 7 September 2018, Basma Sukkar, 3, and her sister Ghazal, 5, were injured by shrapnel of live fire while they were on the roof of their house near Al Salam Mosque in Shujayya neighborhood in east Gaza city. Doctors at Al Shifa Hospital said both casualties were moderate. The shooter remains anonymous.
