At 7am on Sunday, 26 August 2018, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen sailing off the coast of Al Waha in west Beit Lahia city in North Gaza district. The Israeli naval forces arrested two fishermen and seized their boat and fishing equipment while they were one nautical mile away from Al Waha’s coast. The two fishermen are Oranos Al-Sultan, 22, and Hasan Al-Sultan, 19, who both are residents of Beit Lahia.
