At 6pm on Tuesday, 17 July 2018, Israeli forces arrested Mahmoud Al-Shaer, 50-year old trader from Kherbet Al-Adas in Rafah, while he was crossing through Erez. He went to Erez at 8am in the morning to cross to Israel for his work in fruits trading; however, Israeli forces arrested and detained him at an unknown center.
