Four People Injured in Israeli Shooting in Eastern Khan Younis

At 1p.m. on Friday, 16 February 2018, Israeli forces located on the eastern borders of Khan Younis opened fire at tens of adults and children joining demonstrations to the east of Abasan Al Kabeera, Abasan Al Jadida towns, and Al Sareej area, in eastern Khan Younis. The demonstrations were held in protest of the latest U.S. recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Israeli shooting caused moderate wounds of four Palestinians, who were taken to the European Gaza Hospital. Tens of protesters, affected by Israeli firing of tear-gas, received the necessary medical care in the field.
