At approximately 10:00 pm on Saturday, 19 March 2017, Tha’er Bahjat Abu Sweireh, 27, sustained a bullet wound in his right leg when a dispute erupted between members of one of the families and members of a faction. The dispute erupted when the faction members wanted to hang a banner in front of a land that is located at the entrance of Al Maghazi camp in the Middle Gaza district. The owners of the land refused hanging the banner. The dispute developed and small arms were used . Tha’er was admitted to Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al Balah where his injury was described as minor.
