At approximately 9:00 am on Wednesday, 15 February 2017, the Internal Security Apparatus summoned and arrested, A’ed Mohammed Mousa Nofal, 35, a former security agent. He was detained until the next day. At approximately 1:00 pm on the same day, he was referred to Ansar compound, the headquarter of the internal security in Gaza.
