Israeli Aircrafts Attack Agricultural Field Northeast Beit Hanoun

At approximately 10:00 pm on Sunday, 21 August 2016, Israeli aircraft launched 15 missiles targeting an agricultural field  near the borders north and east Al Amal neighborhood, northeast Beit Hanoun in North Gaza district. At approximately 10:10 pm on the same day, Israeli aircrafts fired six missiles at  the same field At 10:30 pm on the same day, Israeli aircrafts fired seven missiles at the same filed.

As a result, four civilians were injured including three children and a woman. Medical sources at Beit Hanoun Hospital described their injuries as minor. Al Mezan identified their names as follows:

  • Mansour Hamdi Obied,17; sustained a bullet wound at his left leg;
  • Karam Yaser Al Ledawi, 13;
  • Rehab Rami Al Shenbari,11; and
  • Insherah Khamis Nseir, 36; were traumatized.  

According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, the bombing was consecutive and people were terrified especially women and children.
