2-year-old Ameer Hamoudah Khaled Abu Shahlah from Khan Younis was a bright little boy. He learned new things quickly and seemed to be a bit ahead of his years. “He used to spend a lot of time with his uncle Radi, staying over at his place when he could, and going out and about with him,” said his grandmother. He also loved birds. “During the Israeli attacks, he didn’t seem to be that scared,” said his grandmother.
At approximately 2:50 am on Saturday, 26 July 2014, a bomb was dropped over their home. As a result, 21 people were killed, including Ameer.
