At approximately 5:10 pm on Friday, 21 November, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of young Palestinian men who were near the eastern borders east of the Islamic cemetery in Jabaliya in north Gaza district.
As a result, Ibrahim Bassam Khalil An-Nemnem, 24, sustained bullet wound in his left thigh.
Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described his injury as moderate.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, An-Nemnem was 100 meters away from the eastern borders when he was injured.
