At approximately 7:30 pm on Saturday 3 May 2014, Basheer Naser Sulaiman Abu Sneema, 35, was killed after sustaining two bullets in his head and chest when he was in Al Atatra area in An-Naser village north of Rafah.
According to the police investigations, Basheer was shot while he was riding a motorcycle with another person.
The crime comes on the background of a family revenge whereas the victim was convicted in killing the father of the killer 10 years ago.
The victim spent two years in prison before being exempted from the crime The killer and his companion extradited themselves on Sunday morning in 4 May 2014, and they are currently under arrest.
