At approximately 10:00 pm on Saturday 19 November 2013, Internal Security Apparatus summoned Salah Qaddas, an activist in Fatah north Gaza, to its office in Jabaliya refugee camp.
He was released then at the middle of the same night.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigation, the reason of the detaining is political and on the ground of practicing special activities in Fatah.
This incident comes with the approaching of the death anniversary of the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat.
