At approximately 3:00 pm on Sunday 20 October 2013, police investigation unit summoned by phone call Tareq Mousa Al Farra, 26, to its office in Gaza city and Fares Merwan Fares, 21, to its office in Khan Younis. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Fares was referred to the police investigation unit in Gaza city. The police detained them for few hours and released them but after issuing them other summonses for the next day. The police summoned them for their social and political activities.
