Internal Security Apparatus Detains Fatah Activist Abdullah Al Majdalawi in North Gaza District

At approximately 9:00 pm on Friday 27 September 2013, a force from the internal security apparatus arrived at the house of Abdullah Sameeh Al Majdalawi, 31, which is located in Jabaliya refugee camp and searched it and confiscated his computer, books, and some personal documents.
Few minutes later, the same force arrived again at the house and took Al Majdalawi to the apparatus office in Jabaliya refugee camp.
On 10:30 am on Monday 30 September 2013, the apparatus released him.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Al Majdalawi stated that a force from the internal security apparatus arrived at his house and showed him a search warrant.
The force searched the house and confiscated computer, books, some personal documents, and a number of Palestinian flags and pictures for Yasser Arafat.
The apparatus detained him without an arrest warrant.
He was subject to Shabah (physically abuse) and beat.
He was interrogated about his Facebook account and his relationship with other people that he does not know.
